Arnold is a graduate Industrial Engineer with over 50 years of experience. He owned and ran his firm, Most Business Improvement Solutions, which was located in the Hudson Valley of New York. He spent the first part of his career with IBM in the manufacturing of IBM’s semiconductors as well as being a charter member of the IBM consulting group. When he retired from IBM he worked for a number of years with a Manufacturing Extension Partnership in the Hudson Valley of New York. He worked with small to medium sized firms and helped them improve their productivity by implementing many of the TPS ( Toyota Production System) tools. He has worked with a variety of companies which includes food manufacturers, metal fabricators, Assembly operations, electronics, Healthcare institutions , etc. He enjoys helping companies make the transformation to a lean company. Arnold has taught courses in Operations Management at SUNY/New Paltz, Marist College and C.W. Post University located at West Point. He holds an MS degree in Industrial Engineering from New York University and a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. In addition Arnold has been certified by The NIST MEP University in Lean Manufacturing and PBA (professional Business Advisor) Arnold is a senior life member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers and is past president of the local chapter.  Arnold is now retired and spent 1/2 a year in Florida.
